Millionaires Cheesecake

packet of hobnobs
50g butter
300ml double cream
200g cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
can of carnation caramel
mini millionaires shortbread
 
Crush the hobnobs into crumbs and melt the butter. Then combine and press into a loose bottom circular tin. Leave to chill in the fridge.
Whip up the cream cheese then add the vanilla, double cream and caramel until thick and fully combined. Pour the mixture over the base.
Chop the mini millionaires shortbread into chunks then sprinkle over the top then leave to chill in the fridge until serving.

Banoffee Pie

Really easy Banoffee Pie recipe.
250g hobnobs
100g melted butter
a tin of Carnation caramel
3 bananas
extra thick double cream
 
Crush the biscuits and combine with the melted butter. Press into a flan tin and leave to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Spread the caramel onto the biscuit base then lay slices of banana on top. Finally, spread over the cream. Done!

Pecan Bourbon and Cinnamon Buns

 


I made these from Stacie Stewart's new cookbook, Stacie Bakes. Great recipe, I didn't have enough pecans so added a few walnuts.
